Policy.

VibeWright ("we", "us") is a small business run by a sole operator in Canada. We sell digital products and offer AI development consulting. This policy covers our website, https://vibe-wright.com, and explains what personal information we handle and why.

If you send an inquiry through our Inquiry Forge form, we store what you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, your tech stack, deadline, budget and your message. We use it only to reply to you and discuss your project.

Our website host (Base44) may log basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to operate and secure the site.

When you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy shares order details with us (such as your name, the items purchased, the order total, and your email or shipping address if provided). We use these details only to deliver your purchase, provide support and keep accounting records.

We run private, internal tools, used only by us, that connect to the Pinterest API and the Etsy Open API. These tools access only our own Pinterest account and our own Etsy shop. They are used to create and schedule Pins on our own boards, read analytics for our own Pins, read and update our own shop listings, and read our own orders for bookkeeping.

These tools do not access other users’ accounts, other shops or their data. They are not offered to anyone else. We do not store Pinterest analytics beyond what we need to review how our own Pins perform. Access tokens are kept only on devices we control and are never shared.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not use it for advertising without your consent.

We share information only with service providers we need to run the business (such as our website host, Etsy and payment processors) or when the law requires it.

Information is kept on accounts and devices we control, protected by passwords and two-factor authentication where available. We keep inquiry and order records only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet accounting and legal requirements, then delete them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days. Your use of Etsy and Pinterest is governed by their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date below.

If you submit interest in our managed wedding-site pilot, we collect only: your name, your email address, your wedding month, and an optional note you choose to write. We do not collect guest names, guest emails, RSVP records, photographs, domain details, or payment information through this form.

Purpose: to contact you about the wedding-site pilot and gauge demand for the service. We do not use this data for advertising.

Storage and access: pilot-interest records are stored on our app host (Base44) and are accessible only to the VibeWright admin (the founder). No other app user, couple, or guest can read them.

Retention: pilot-interest records are kept for 12 months, then permanently deleted, unless you request deletion sooner.

Withdrawal and deletion: you can withdraw consent or request permanent deletion of your record at any time by emailing ross@vibe-wright.com with "wedding-site pilot" in the subject. We will permanently delete the record and confirm when done.
